License: By uploading content, you grant Custom Labs a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and print that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Prohibited Content: You represent that you own the rights to the content you upload. We reserve the right to refuse orders containing copyrighted material (without permission), defamatory text, or offensive imagery.
3. Accuracy of Customization
Digital Previews: Mockups shown on our website are digital representations. While we strive for
accuracy, slight variations in color, positioning, and scale may occur between the digital preview
and the physical product.
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for proofreading all text and ensuring image quality.
Custom Labs is not liable for errors (e.g., typos) provided by the customer.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed. Payments must be made in full through our integrated payment gateways (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking) before production begins.
5. Shipping and Deliver
Timeline: Production typically takes 3–5 business days, followed by shipping. Estimated delivery dates are projections and not guaranteed. Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Custom Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
