RETURN POLICY

At Custom Labs, we strive for perfection with every creation. However, if something isn't right, here's how we handle returns.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Returns can only be requested for products that meet the following criteria:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The product significantly differs from the specifications approved by you.
  • The product was delivered incorrectly (wrong item).

2. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Since most of our products are highly customized to your specific needs, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as "change of mind" or "mistake during order" once production has started.

3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

If you're eligible for a return, please use the Track Order page to submit a return request. You'll need to provide details and upload evidence of the issue.

4. REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Once a return request is approved by our admin, we will either provide a full refund or a replacement item at no additional cost. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 working days.
There are no Returns/Refunds/Replacements on products which said to be wrong(incorrect) size on acknowledgement of the Use

5. RETURN SHIPPING

If a return is required, Custom Labs will provide instructions on how to return the item. Shipping costs for returning defective items are borne by us.
